  I want to start off by saying when you go to the store to buy something I have not had an issue. However, the last 2 times I have ordered an item online for store pickup because i needed the "fast service" of online order pickup, the service has been TERRIBLE. The email you receive states the order will be ready within 2 hours. Both times I called well over the two hour mark and they told me they collect all items for all online orders at the same time. Ok that is fine however this service is supposed to be "fast". I called today because I had not received my email and they told me it was being processed that very moment and I could head to the store. I showed up about 45 minutes later, scanned my barcode on the little kiosk, waited 10 minutes, finally walked up to a cashier and asked her (who was super friendly and helpful) where my order was, she went to check upfront storage where it was not, so she called someone in back to bring it up. I wait another 5 minutes to be told sorry it was finally just finished processing. This service is not fast and I highly recommend making the time to actually go into the store. Do not use their online pick up if you are short on time, they need a day to get everything together.
